Barn Swallows

D850, 500 f/4 1/500,f/6.3,ISO 3200

These two were chatting (?) under a highway bridge where they nest every year. It was pretty dark under there -used a tripod and high ISO. Processed with Topaz Impression This a composite of the two-I was rather amused by their attitudes.

Looks like one is telling the other the way it is, and with an "attitude." :wink: The poses are priceless and convey the story perfectly. Nice work with Impression, and good for you for seeking out these characters under a bridge. Well done, Cindy.

Thanks Ron. I was looking for some Cliff Swallows that nest there-saw the nest but they were not around. There were several Barn Swallows, though- a family, I think.

I agree with Ron. The way you've positioned these two, one is shouting and laying down the law........ the other is praying...' just make it stop!'....... A fun creation and nicely done!
