I photographed this bull elk in Yellowstone National Park and painted it using Topaz Impression II. Please click on image to view it full size. Thank you.

Just superb, Ron- everything is so harmonious and elegant-I love the background colors and shapes- so suggestive of foliage but subtle and abstract. The wary eye of the elk is so expressive too-must click on this to see the details. This one's top notch!!

What a handsome devil! Such a strong and impressive profile with head thrown back for the classic bugling action. You have painted it beautifully with just the right amount of brushwork and warm, complementary colour palette to turn a fine photo into a rich and vibrant artwork. A beauty!
