Nice wing spread and framing. The Oil Paint Filter looks great, particularly on the plumage of the pelican. Nice work!

Very tastefully done-just enough texture to bring out the feathers and ripples in the water. A very nice shot as well with wings up and a splash behind. Looks even better with a click on it, to see more details.
