Not sure what Gallery this should go in -
an old image from the brief time I dated an astronomer  who helped me set up and use a camera adapter to take images through a VERY big telescope at the university.  I forget, but I think this was during a solar flare.

D1x back then, telescope adapter, 3-image panorama, good luck
Nothing done other than sharpening, levels, curves, saturation

Incredible , Sandy! What a terrific abstract in itself-such color- who would have thought...(my ignorance is showing...) I love the bursts of shapes and sprinkled bright dots (stars?). It also has a lot of a feeling of swirling motion. Incidentally, I find all sorts of figures in there- a necromancer right in the middle with an orange cap and arms spread out, for instance. He (or maybe she) looks like they are conjuring up this beautiful fantasy. I thought maybe you meant you were not sure what "galaxy" to put this in. ;)
Marvelous! I want it on my wall.

Cindy, It's already on OUR wall! :-)
I have a couple others I'll post also - hence the "#1" in the title.

To truly appreciate this image it should be viewed large. This is such a striking abstract, Sandy! Absolutely Beautiful. Very, very nice!!!

Very interesting image Sandy. There is an abstract quality but it is also quite organic, resembling micro anatomy. On the other hand the right side seems to be looking at me - alien III?

Usually posted in Landscapes - but such a beautiful, dreamy abstract it fits perfectly here too! Love it, Sandy!
