Mackerel Abstract

This began as a slo-mo image of the circular mackerel aquarium at Monterrey Bay aquarium, where one is surrounded by a huge school of mackerel, all swimming in the same direction.
They, with random pickings from my bag of Photo Art tricks, it morphed into this.
Just something different.

Lovely abstract pattern, Sandy. There is just enough mackerel left that I can see its presence. The soft shadow patterns behind the more prominent pattern designs gives this a nice feeling depth. Well done!

What amazes me about this is how regular the pattern is , given the source. Overall very pleasing and, as always, very creative. I like the aqua against black color choices. This would make a terrific fabric pattern!

I really like this abstract presentation. The pattern created looks so regular with the very subtle colors. Excellent..

Beautifully done Sandy and the colour combination is lovely. I also wonder what the phantom mackerel would look like in a more random design as an alternative.....
