Topaz Impression, NIK filters, PSCC

Another in the hand painted series where I start off with a digital image printed on canvas, then hand paint them in acrylics.

What a handsome image of this bull moose in its native habitat. Nice touch of autumn foliage in the background, and beautiful job with the Topaz textures on all of the vegetation. Another beauty, Mark!

Just gorgeous, Mark-everything is so harmonious, beautiful brushwork, Love the expression. Needs to be appreciated with a click. I really find this an exceptional work of art! You have a magic brush. :).

Mark, admiring your technique, I have a question. Is this a photograph of the digital image printed on canvas after you have applied the acrylics? Thanks.

No Ron, this is before I applied the acrylics to show you the digital result - the finished product will vary somewhat in color and certainly in the final texture (they get all "brush strokey" looking), but they still retain 90% of the "look" and colors rendition.
