I photographed this snow goose at Bosque del Apache at dusk -  truly at last light. The color of the sky remains original. Processed in PS CS6, Topaz Impression II, and Topaz Texture II. This really needs to be viewed full size, so please click on image and view in shadowbox. Thank you.

Oh, my-isn't this just lovely-gorgeous, I'd have to say. The light is magical, the colors beautiful and the pose of the goose is so pleasing. It reminds me of some paintings I admire -somewhere between the work of Manfred Schatz and Bruno Liljefors. This has to be one of my favorites of yours-just love it!
It really shines in the shadow box-you can see the catch light in the goose's eye. It's just got to be hung somewhere in a fairly large format-I hope that happens for more people to enjoy just as we have the privilege of seeing this.

Ron, this is amazing!  The colours, soft tones and light, and the overall mood are wonderful.

A click to view is a must, and a large print would be stunning.

I agree with Cindy on all counts - and indeed, this is also one of my favourites of your creations.  8)

Bosque is magical at dawn and dusk - and you captured this perfectly. The textures enhance the colours and end-of-the-day peacefulness.

Ron, gorgeous!  Agree with what's already been said, you've captured all the beautiful essence of the waning light at magic hour.  Love the soft, impressionistic treatment and the sweet colors and setting for the incoming goose.  Exceptional work - congrats!

Ditto the prior comments. Lovely post work, making the most of the beautiful last light, a great pose and bosque background.
