Topaz B&W with a little colour left in.  A handsome beast no less, whose mother must surely love.  Please feel free to click on the image

A face only a mother could love. The warts and tusk add to the speculation of the damage this guy could inflict. I like the Topaz B&W conversion and the texture on the body. You have used it on a number of fine images, and it is becoming a style of yours which I really enjoy. Great work, Dave! :)

This one really tickles my fancy, Dave. Love the expression and wrinkled up snout-about as endearing as a wart hog can get! The bit of color really adds a lot, and the eye is very compelling. Great composition/close-up. What else can I say. It just makes me smile! Great job!

Every predators favourite pork chop, and beautifully captured - warts 'n all.  So full of character and presented to show that off to perfection.  Usually seen galloping off into the sunset with their little piggy tails high in the air, this is a nice intimate portrait that makes me smile on a dreary damp day.  Thanks so much for that Dave!  8)

David, very effective with the faint color on Hog and the exaggerated treatment of fur, the fluffy yet matty look has a really nice palpable texture to it.  Love the angle with the pronounced eye and snout, elevating the mundane task of 'snouting' around, and making this beast rather sympathetic and lovable!  Wonderfully engaging close-up, artfully executed.
