Very cute, Sandy. I like the subtle texture effect and the clean clear background. I can relate to the subject too- we find pine cone shards all over the yard here, and sometimes just the cores. A very cheery , charming picture for a rather dull day here-thanks for the lift!

It's amazing this youngster can sit on this small perch! Beautiful texture in the fur, and great background, Sandy. Excellent job of isolating your subject. I agree with Cindy, this is cheery and charming. Nicely done!

I can't get over how gray your 'reds' are, compared to our European version!  :)

Sweet shot, nicely enhanced.  That cone is so well stripped that when I first looked I thought it was eating a mole!
