Was going through some old photos, and thought this one would be fun to play with. Used Photoshop Filter diffuse glow, and then played around with textures, contrast, etc.
Also used PS frame function. Not sure if I like it.

Please click to enlarge for optimal effect. (something weird happens to the corners of the frame though....)

Canon 1DIV, 400 5.6, 1/4000, f/7.1,ISO 800

Cindy, love the soft, snowy appearance of the harrier. The texture and grain you selected is perfect. Wonderful job of conveying the feel of winter in your image. The eyes are killer! This is beautiful!!!  :D
