This is my summer photography and art project.
I arrange flowers in ice then I photograph them.

So much fun. I will continue to experiment.

Comments welcome.

Observing and recording nature should always be done with awe and the knowledge that it is a privilege to just be there!

So lovely and creative! I love the "iced " look-if gives everything a painterly feel that is very pleasing. What a wonderful idea as well-really "out of the box". Your arrangement is also so nicely done- a real treasure!

This striking procedure reminds of the technique of photographing an individual through a shower glass door covered with steam and water droplets. You are to be commended on your creativity. This is a very attractive outcome, and I particularly like the texture created by the frozen ice, which appears very painterly. I also think the technique would work well with a single blossom. A beautiful, artistic piece, Kathy.

I agree with the painterly feel - that was the first thing that I thought of.  Very nice.
