Just playing.  been enjoying Cynthia, Ron and Carol's art and the appeal of a fine art print with an artistic feel is immense.  May be a fail.  but heck, is fun and a good journey to start on.

Hi David

Welcome to the fun club!! That's one hot deer! Looks like he's on fire- love your wild lines in the fur. Did you select certain parts to make wiggly? It's an interesting combination of real and surreal. I like it!

Hope you come up with some more. Warning: addictive behavior is possible. ;).

Dave, it's so nice to see your work here - welcome! Great black and white presentation with the use of selective color. And the composition, with the stag looking across the frame, is excellent; not to mention its rack appropriately accented with pieces of vegetation. Wonderful work, Dave. Look forward to seeing more of your wildlife art in this gallery.   8)

thanks all for the time to comment. Yup Cynthia, was using selective parts. (needed to use that oof bracken more expressively hence the "flames"...) thanks all

Isn't Photo Art fun? Not mainstream, but a great creative outlet and challenge.
This is neat - love the lines and textures, and his pose is perfect to showcase the antlers.

Thanks Sandy.  One of the thoughts that crossed my mind when taking this shot is the line from the antlers, head then rump to the dew in the bl corner... ps... is fun and good not to take oneself too seriously in this forum... ps II.. that rump clearly indicates a menu of chilli as it's hot, hot hot
