This is greatly modified with layers of color changes, grain, ...I forget!   Just kept applying various effects, some from Topaz.

This is wonderful, Cindy! The composition and placement of the heron on the thirds looking across the frame could not be better. And I love the way you captured the warm golden tones of sunset in the reeds near the heron - a feature which I feel makes the image successful. The layers of color and grain you applied definitely enhance the image. Lovely, artistic work, and one of your best.   :)

I agree with everything that Ron said on this lovely scene Cindy, and I also love the golden light that really glows- especially on the reeds.

Looking at this image gives off a real feel good factor.  An absolute pleasure to view!  Love it!  8)
