What happens when it's sleeting outside, there's still a foot of snow on the ground, and it's supposed to be spring.

This is a technique I used to use a lot- Photoshop Liquify. I pulled things around, added colors and shapes, and also used the PS mixer brush tool, which works similarly to Liquify.  The original photo was of aa milkweed, which somehow reminded me of a foxy face. Go figure!

That is so clever!  A great transformation from seed pod to wildlife Cindy.

Love it!  :D

Cindy, I'm truly impressed. Looking at the top image, my first reaction was that you liquified a fox, then I read on and discovered you made the fox from a milkweed plant using the Liquify Filter. Seriously, creating a fox from that plant is a major accomplishment. Enjoyed reading your article on this filter too. Creative, original work, done very well!  :)

Thanks, all, for your kind words. This technique, as Carol says, can be addictive! But it's really fun to just try different effects and backtrack if you don't like the results. Nothing to lose..on a copy of your original, of course. :).
