If I take some pictures of someone who is an identical twin, with the intention to license those pictures, do I need model releases from both twins or will one be OK? Please advise.

Thanks.

I would think only from the twin whose photos you are taking and using.

That's what I'm not so sure about. There may be a possibility that the identical twin can claim that his/her likeness was used without authorization.

However that begs the question; since both twins are identical could the photo be mistaken for the twin who's NOT in the photo and could he sue since his likeness is being used without his consent? Interesting question.

Just list that your model is left or right handed.

Thanks for the explain. Unfortunately, it's not applicable in my case. I know three sets of identical twins and they all are right-handed.
