I was offered a service through Flickr called Pixsy. They identify photos on my site that have been used elsewhere without my permission.  Some are just on other sites I own. Some are on sites that link to porn or a false virus notice. Here is one site which also has a photo from Naturescapes:
https://www.visualizepicture.com/c/unusual-ducks_8vI|iuKvAUnTEghvrQSSILPLnhPG7WNbewj7RXJH4Fo/

It is from an article, which is cited:
https://www.naturescapes.net/articles/travel/species-profile-the-unique-wood-duck/

In my case they did not refer to my site.

Pixsy appears to be a free service, at least for takedown requests.

Anyone else use this or know about it?  I have tried a few takedown requests (demands) yesterday, and got one answer. That person said she got my image from a free site called Pixabay. I don't see it there, so I asked her to remove my picture.  This gets complicated!!

Pixsy creates the legal language for you, but the takedown email is sent directly from your own email address.

I know nothing about this, but I do have one suggestion. Create another disposal email address to send takedown emails from, if you send any more. If you use your regular email address, there is always a chance it could be used by some of these unscrupulous users to tie into their garbage. You could also start receiving a lot of spam. I have several that I use for various purposes including Craigslist. I have had to dispose of one or two already because of really bad and ugly spam.

Good idea Joe.  I'll look into that-thanks.

The take downs are not free, you pay 20 USD per month for up to 20 takedowns a month.

Signing up and image monitoring (up to a certain limit) is free, and eye popping especially if you use instagram (shockingly so).
