Reddish Egret
Fort Myers Beach, FL

I always enjoy shooting sunset silhouettes and Estero Lagoon is probably my favorite place to do so. I love standing there, knee deep in the water, watching the magnigicent glow fade over the horizon. I wish I could get down this year! Anyway, I've posted similar shots before, but I just converted/edited this one for the first time yesterday. I hope that yall like it! :)

It's postcard perfect and anything else you would want to use if for. Great shot.

Lovely Mattew, had you considered cropping out the sun, might have more impact?

Excellent colors!! I would like to see the bird looking toward the reflected sun. That would require moving to the left to keep the bird's body position as it is here. Just a preference, not a nit. :D

Excellent, Matthew. I'd like the horizon tilted a wee wee bit CW.
