A closeup head shot of this Toco Toucan, Ramphastos toco, in captivity. Applied PS to replace the BG which was the oof cage. This keel-billed rain forests bird has its origin traces back to South and Central America in countries such as Guiana, Brazil and North Argentina. Body size is around 25" long. These bright colors on the beak and body are said to attract the toucan's mates. Its large beak also has a narrow tongue use for eating small fruits and insects off trees; consequently, because of its large beak and body form, the Toco Toucan is a poor flier and spends most of its time in hollow trees.

This is unreal! Who can blame him for his poor flying skills when he's got to drag that thing of a beak around.

Stunning artistic creation using a photo and PS!! Absolutely wonderful graphic, very bright and clear. I can see this on a circus poster, a zoo marquee or any number of signs. Way to go!

Interesting image. A nit would be the seeming lack of DOF in the image. Although the bill is sharp, the back of the head and the body are not. Still quite nice of a colorful bird.
