New to the forums so hope this picture goes up ok.

Northern Pintail shot last week at Merritt Island, FL

FujiS2 with Nikon 80-400 VR Lens with 1.4x Tele
F5.6 @ 1/350th

Cropped the bottom 1/4 of the picture because there was an out of focus Greb in it, but lost the reflection of the pintail in doing so.

Very nice Nate. Looks great on my monitor, although it could use more USM to bring out the detail better. I like the tilted head looking upward like that. The crop looks fine.

Nate, welcome to NSN. This is a nice first post. It's a little contrasty with the whites being hot and little detail in the darks. The tilted head is very nice. Thanks for posting.

Welcome to NSN, Nate. This is a nice shot. I love the head tilt. My nits have already been mentioned.

Again, welcome. I look forward to seeing more of your work. :D

Very nice first posts. The whites may be just a touch hot.
