Tree Sparrow - Crete, Greece
EOS10D, ISO200, 400/5.6L, 1.4X, 1/500 at f8

This picture was taken near a small lake outside my hometown Ierapetra in the island of Crete, Greece. As i was driving around the lake I spotted a small bush right next to the street where there was a lot of "sparrow activity". I approached slowly and used the car as a blind. I did not have a bean bag or a window mount with me so I put a folded pair of pants on the window to place the camera and lens.
Sparrows do look very much alike in Greece and the US...

Comments and suggestions are always welcome and appreciated.
Good to be back.

This is a very nice shot of this little guy(?). Moving the bird a little more to the right in the frame strengthens the composition for me.

Nice shot Christoforus. The looking back makes this shot.

I think this is very well done and personally I like the composition the way it is.

Lovely shot, Christoforos. The framing is fine for my taste. A magenta cast seems to be present.
