Brandon, Nice shot. Some more detail could be brought out in the dark areas in PS. I might also crop below the OOF bird as I'm not sure its adding anything to the image IMO.

I agree with Alan that cropping off the top bird strengthens the composition. Very nice. :)

I agree with Alan and Bill, but I also feel the OOF bird gives this a little feeling of depth here. I like the crop as is.
