Australain Pelican

Another view of the pelican I posted the other day. This time I moved around and had some bush behind the bird and better lighting. It was sitting on top os small Sand ridge so I had limited opportuniteies to select the angle.

I like this a little better then the last post too. Exposure looks right on. Although it is a little tight, the contrast between the greenery and head directs your attention right to the head and eye, where there is great detail.
