Merlin or Prairie Falcon?

Got lots of raptors at Bosque this year. I think that this is a Merlin, but I'm open to suggestions from those who know better. I do have a definite Prairie Falcon from Bosque, but from the books this might be a juvi or female Prairie Falcon and not a Merlin.
Slight levels adjustment to darken per Alan's suggestion.

This is a Merlin for sure. Prairie Falcons have a stronger mustache marking. Excellent shot!

Richard, I think I recognize this little lady. Looks like the bird that was hanging around near the farm deck. Nice shot of this merlin for sure. Didn't get lucky enough to see any prairie falcons there so I hope you post one.
