Great Horned Owl (Captive)

This Great Horned Owl was shot at the Sonora Desert Museum at it Free Flight Program. This owl along with harris’s hawks and barn owls were left to free flight. An outstanding program. I spent three days there and could have spent a week easily

Wonderful bird and good image. It might have been improved somewhat if you had stepped a foot or two to the left removing the dark OOF elements in the sky.

Jack some Fill flash would have balanced the light on this nice photo.

This is a very nice shot. I agree that a little fill flash would make this pop.
