Jason,

Nice photo. The -2/3 may have been too much as its a little underexposed. It could also use a little USM. Good placement in the frame and the water looks great.

Jason, a nice shot with good light. A lower angle, if possible, would have helped.

Nice comp in good light. I think your exposure is ok at -2/3, just a little tweak in levels in PS and a bit more USM and this one will pop.

Canada Geese might be very common where I'm from but I still really like them - I have yet to get a decent photo of one. One of my favorite things is the graceful curve of their neck which looks great here. I would echo Alan's comments about lightening it up a touch and applying a bit more USM - an easy fix. I also agree that the comp and surrounding water work really well.

I agree with the above comments andd would add; if the bird were slightly turned ccw it would add more impact. Thanks for sharing.

Nice colors---might keep working on these guys to get some surroundings that will set them off even more: still water, some action in the shot. There are a lot of geese out there, and a lot of goose photos. This one might benefit from a bit more sharpening as well. My main suggestion is to keep working on impeccable technique to increase sharpness. Hope this helps! :)

Jason,

I like the deep blue water around the various shades of brown on the Goose. Nice composition!

Composition and color here is great. Clean up the presentation for the web a little and this would be a killer. As long as the slide looks sharp, you should be able to get it to look sharp here too.
