Rotate, levels, hue/sat, USM

A very cool owl. Looks like a tough shooting situation but the eyes are sharp so it works!

These pigmy owls are hard to shot because the steep angles, nice capture. In Texas we have the ferruginous pigmy owl and I have encounterd similar problems, next time I may bring a ladder.

For one of these guys....I'd shoot from any angle. With the sharp eyes you've accomplished a nice shot.
