(Sandhill Crane) Bosque de Apache, New Mexico
This is intended to be about a month long series of images from my two weeks at Bosque. My intent is to make the images flow as though they all occurred during a single day. Of course, they occurred during the two weeks I was there. This is the seventeenth post of the series. It's interesting to go through so many images of the same type of bird. You start to see the variations in them. I don't think there is such a thing as a Dark-eyed Sandhill but it might be fun to try and convince people. Tripod/Wimberly mounted Nikon D2H, 600mm AFS, TC-14EII, ISO 400, Aperture Priority, 1/1250 @ F5.6, SB-80DX, BB, FP. Cropped -25% to give the bird some room. The original was a little tight. Tony
