If this was more evenly lit, from the front, this could have been a lot nicer. As it is now, there's very little mid-tone, very little color, and too little light on the bird's left side and underside. I would prefer not to see the labeling on the bottom of the image. You've got a nice subject, I'd go back and see if I could get some different angles & poses in different light.

I really like the head on view here but like Larsen would prefer to not have the labeling on the bottom of the image. It looks like this held up pretty well for a 50% crop!
