Taken on Thursday at Shark Valley. Very few birds, almost none close enough to shoot. 10D, 100-400 from tram.

Nice work. Good detail in the body, although the head looks a tad soft. Love that eye tho :)

Nice specimen. Looks like the focus selected the body rather than the head. The light not being frontal is a small detractor.

My preference would be for the bird to be facing the light in a sidelight situation.
