I got this shot last spring when a squirrel ran up the tree and this little bird peeked out of the nest hole for a few seconds.

Canon 1D, 100-400, 1/320 sec, f6.3, ISO 200

Excellent shot. If you were using a tripod, stopping down to bring the foreground branch more in focus would make it even better.
