Pied Grebe with pre Christmas dinner

I was shooting 3 grebes that made a routine of crossing from right to left as they searched for a morsel. Since they came close enough that I did not need a teleconverter, I was not prepared when one broke away and swam away. When I finally focused on him I could have used a 1.4X. I was also unprepared for the size of his meal.

10D, 600IS, ISO 200, cropped 50 %.

That's certainly a mouthful :D ! I think you could possibly crop a bit off the top but still a great "catch".
