Nikon D1X VR 70-200mm f/2.8-2.8 G 1.4 X 310mm 1/90 f/7.1 0EV ISO 125 60% of Full-frame, Photographed in Safety Harbor, Florida.

Good even light and nice exposure, GBH with mullet head and trailing water is very nice indeed!!! Congrats!! 8)

good use of space and good balance withouth the subject dominating the whole frame. Just a tad more USM would sharpen the eye a bit nicer I think.

Very nice Bill and I love the splash of water! I might like just a little more room for the reflection but I like this quite a bit as is.

Nice shot, love the fish. From a purely technical standpoint, how did you get the 70-200 with a 1.4x to get you 310mm when the maximum would be about 280?
