Well my Nikon Coolscan IV arrived yesterday so now that I actually have a decent way to get images to the web I'll probably be sharing a few more. So far I'm really pleased with how much better the scans are compared to what I was doing before. Unfortunately they didn't send the PS software that was supposed to come with it so I have to give them a call tomorrow. Sorry I don't have the technicals on this shot.

All comments and critiques are welcome

Michael

I like this very much - the green grasses really set-up the environment for this handsome guy well.

Very nice image with god exposure and detail. Just the slightest tilt.

I really like this image a lot -- love the grass as a BG.

I love the inclusion of environment. I would crop the bottom up to the duck's back since the reflection isn't complete.

These are such beautiful ducks and I really .ike the tones of this image. The darker edges almost make me feel like I'm looking in on this duck through the grasses. Very nice!
