Superb flight shot. Excellent detail in the feathers with just enough blur in the wingtips to imply motion. But what really puts it over the top for my is the open beak and the angle of the bird.

It is a lovely shot and truly reflective of 'Winged Migration', thanks for the reminder, it was just made available in the stores in Canada, I will go out now to get a copy!
