One of my favorite warbler images from last spring. I hope to make it to Crane Creek this year.

Matt,

I'm not sure if it's my monitor or the image that's soft. Nice coloured bird.

Nice amount of habitat included in this. The singing posture really makes this shot. Very nice!!

Warblers are great, aren't they? :) This is very nice. Actually my uncle, who frequently photographs alongside me, often seems to prefer birds smaller in the frame with more habitat as you have presented here. I have a real appreciate for this approach when done well! I hope to make it to Crane Creek/ Magee Marsh this Spring as well ( it's a whole 20 miles from my house. ;) ). Maybe we'll see you there!

I hope to make it to Magee too, Every Day In May!!

Ok, maybe not every day! (only 12 miles for me :) )

The habitat is nice but for a couple of bright branches. I love the head thrown back in full song.

Hope to see you in May!

Matt,

Nothing nicer than a Yellow warbler in shiny green foliage, especially singing. Well framed. Perhaps a bit more USM.
