Like the feather patterns on the wings; might consider adding a little more room at the feet, if given that opportunity again. A nice photo that illustrates the line of the neck while the bird is resting.

I can't be bored with heron shots.

This one is very nicely taken. I also might want a tiny bit more room below its feet, but that's a minor nit. Perhaps a tad more asymmetric framing. Bit less room behind and more in front. Also a minor thing.

Excellent bird...
