He is certainly giving you the eye. Maybe a little shift of the bird a little to the right and add a little USM. I think that some fill flash would have helped as well. Still....I like the pose and the look that he is giving you.

Nice bird and pretty good exposure, fill-flash could have helped a little more, still very nice!!! Congrats!! 8)

Cool shot, though it looks a tad dark and maybe even a little soft to me. I'd like to see a little more room all around but particularly on the left. The bird is sporting some fantastic plumage and it's a nice shot showing great detail. Nice light too!

Brightness looks reasonable on this end but I do think it needs some USM. The black belly is great and its a very nice photo overall.

Although it looks a little soft I really like the bird's body position here. A little USM would probably work wonders. :)
