Taken on Saturday on Long Island.. Thanks Ken for organizing this, it was an excellent day, even if I only got a handful of keepers :)

Canon 10D, ISO 400, 1/1200, f8, Flash -1, 600mm + 1.4x, Full frame

EXCELLENT image. The fact the wings are still blurry even at 1/1200 shutter speed tells a lot about how fast those wings are beating. Congrats!
