This one was shot in Aug when there was blue sky with relatively less
haze. A selodm good and clear weather happen here in Hong Kong for taking bird photos.

Daniel,

This has it all. Great wing spread, spread tail feathers, well lit under wings and wonderful diagonal orientation. Is this cropped?

The lighting is good on this (maybe a touch bright on the head) and the bird's position is great! This is a really excellent capture.

Daniel, plese read your critiques in your previous photos where it is pointed out that you can only post once every 48 hours in the bird forum. You continue to violate this.

That said, this is a very nice photograph but please wait two days before posting again.

NEAT flight shot of a bird I do not know! I like this . . . wondering if it's been cropped. If so, it's nicely sharp. One suggestion for sharpening, if you selected the bird and an "inverse" function, you might want to consider setting the tolerance to a lower number as it appears some of the wing has been "webbed", i.e, the primary wing feathers have a scalloped appearance where they overlap. It's a small point and not meant as a photographic nit, that's for sure. 8)

The little head twist is nice. I think I'd like it more a little less tight in the frame. Impressive detail considering the crop.
