 Sorry I could not find a black and orange bird for tonight. Jim Neiger spent yesterday driving throughout central Florida looking for caracaras which we found on at least 4 occasions. He will post our find. This BCNH was found in trees about 25+ feet above the water in lovely late PM light. He would frequently disappear in the leaves. Although I have many images only 4 show these distinctive white head feathers. 10D, 600IS, 1.4X, ISO 200, crop from top and bottom about 10% total. EV-1. Comments and reposts welcome Jim |
