Got this little guy two days ago, with the fall foliage just starting to show. I was working my way to the right, trying to line up with the sun, and shooting as I went, just in case. This is as far as I got; he found what he was looking for and took off after it.

Cute pose and excellent fall coloring in the background. I know that traditionally we like to see the bird looking more toward the camera but in this case the downward, curious look is engaging.

I wouldn't change a thing!!

I really like the dappled colors in the background. Nice detail in the bird, and a great perch for it, too.

AJ -

A phoebe being a phoebe! The posture is characteristic, and the BG has some great color and just the right amount of OOF detail to get across as fall foliage.

Very nice!!
