"Shake your tail feathers".....you gotta love it when they do it. Beautiful shot and the colors are indeed intense. Excellent. I look forward to Florida again this spring break....to visit my son in college. Ok..I'll take him to dinner, promise not to look in his room and he'll let me go birding!!

You caught this little bird at the opportune second. I like the BG; I usually find these birds on pebbles or mudflats with a lot of sticks in the BG. some would question the blue BG color but I love it. :)
