Taken in Ft. Mayers last February as he was sitting on a pier. I was taking some closeups of flowers near the boat ramp. I turned around and got this shot before he took off as the sun was low in the sky.

I know the whites look hot here, but the slide has detail in it. I need to work on my PS skills more.

Thanks for looking,

Ain't scanning fun? :D The whites do appear hot as posted. I like the pose and composition.

A very colorful Atlantic race of Brown Pelican. Looks a hair over exposed.

This image has such an intimate feel to it. The quiet pose and vibrant colors are what first struck me.

Excellent!!
