Motif -- Flock of white pelicans

We got as close as we could to this flock of white pelicans along the shore of Lake Nakuru, which unfortunatly didn't correspond to the best light angle. Canon 1Ds, 500f4 with 2x, polarizer, ISO 400, 1/50 at f32, nothing done in PS to reduce contrast.

Really nice image! I will be there in February! Making the trek from Samburu to the lake probably Feb 5th or 6th. I am looking forward to it and hope to see something like this...neat image again!

That is one big preening party. I've never been close to this many White Pelicans. Nice.
