Hi Harvey,

Love this image! Especially the following points: wing angle of most all the birds is the same, bow wake of the lead bird, pano crop, stilts in the BG etc. No nits here, but I do wonder how it would work with just a little more water on the bottom.

Well Done!

Great shot Harvey. The little distance between the first bird and the second bird make this image work for me. I would take some off the top and put it on the bottom.

Very nice, Harvey. Cropping this to a panoramic really works well and the arrangement of pelicans fits the frame left-to-right perfectly, with open space in just the right places. This group would look great against an all blue-water background.

Great shot. The two critical things in my mind are that the lead has room to go somewhere, and as mentioned earlier the gap between the lead and the pack. It's lonely at the top. :D

Holy smoke! Look at those waders in the BG!! I like the pelican arrangement but might have gone nuts for the stilts and even yellow legs (?) in the BG.

Awesome. The pelicans are going right and the BG birds are going left. Nice.

Nice pano, Harvey. These white pelicans seem to have a military bent - they often line up like soldiers.

Those two in the middle are asking,"When are we going to stop? We need to go to the bathroom." :) Well seen and taken.

I think the pano crop works very well with this. If it is possible, I would also like some off the top and more added to the bottom.

A very humorous but interesting shot. :)

Neat shot, the Stilts add anotehr element to this composition and the fact they are pointed opposite to the Pelicans is an addition.

Love it! Pano works well, but it's the front one turning a bit to see if the rest are following that cracks me up.

Excellent pano and composition, but I suspect the Pelicans are going in the wrong direction if you ask the stilts!! Very nice indeed!! Congrats!! 8)

Harvey, A most interesting composition. I like the pano and how they all are headed in the same direction. What makes it even more interesting are the birds in the BG. Where and when did you take this?
