This is one ratty looking snake. I got off only a few images before he flew off. Bean bag on car window.

10D, 600IS, 1.4x, ISO200, Cropped to square from sides..No flash.

Jim, Great shot. I think it might make a better horizontal and I'd love to see a stronger catchlight to give it some pop.

As ratty as the snake is, it's still a nice image. I agree with Alan about the catch light. And it's a nice pose too.

This is the first image that I've seen of these guys with prey. Too bad about no flash, but it's pretty much impossible shooting from the car window.

Great capture, flash would have really brought out the detail in the mask and added the catch light but still a wonderful image. What about a slight clockwise rotation and croping out some of the sky?

Still very nice as is!
