I don't think this is as good as the one I just posted, but I do like the feather detail. Another driving in my car and this hawk flies by shot.

I like it. The markings are very distinct and it's sharp in critical areas, blurred with motion in other. The shadow on the top of the head is noticable but fine by me because the eye is distinct. I would just wish for a little more light on the tail, but regardless, this is definitely a "keeper". :)

Hey Rob, were you actually driving along side the Hawk as you took this? :)

This is awesome. The detail in the feathers is great. Love the blue sky. Tough to crop, but I would like to see a bit more space on the left.

Alan, I was driving down a country road and he was heading toward me. So I stopped in the middle of the road and snapped the shot from the drivers side window. By the way, a very deserted country road at that.

I'm for a little light on the tail, but it's certainly a fine image as is. Great detail.

I like this one. The only time I see them cruising down the road....there's so much traffic that I'd be hit from all sides if I stopped to shoot. Great job with this one.

Very nicely done! I tend to agree with Alan concerning a little extra space o the left hand side though I like this as is.
