This image doesn't have as nice a BG or perch as the others, but I only had a short, onetime opportunity at this bird.
He is a nice looking bird though.

Beautiful bird! You've captured the Weaver so well that it just jumps out of the background. Ideally the upper plant stalk wouldn't be there but the bird pops so well that it doesn't really detract much. Very nice!
