Mexican Jungle- Good light, environmental shot. his was shot from a blind and there was no possibility of moving to change the background. See the below post for the shot with the center tree muted in brightness.

The ONLY problem I see in this is the light coloured tree running up the middle. It just dominates a bit much. Otherwise I think this is great.

Steven,

The wind stretch and unusual light are good. The light tree stalk detracts.

You could do a mild burn to that center tree which would tone it down and not take away from the nice capture of ths bird.

I like the wing stretch and the light - I too wish for the bright tree up the center to be gone but what are you gonna do? :)

I toned down the bright tree, IT looks a lot better now. Comments?

Yes, the second post is better. Great shot of the wing stretch.

Excellent behavior Steve. My only wish is that the bill tip didn't merge with the wing. Lovely light.

The PS work on the tree helped immensely. Excellent behavior shot!!

Nice shot of an interesting looking bird. I like seeing the trees around it, and I think the second post is much better than the first.

Nice light Steve though I might have backed off 1/3 on the exposure because of the light colored tree trunk. I also wish the bird's bill was above the wing.
