During the falconers demonstration one of the birds felt the need to play deaf for the promises etc... :( :?  from the falconers, and placed himself high up on a very high tree trunk.... maybe he's still there

Monique, I am packed and ready to go, I may not look like much but I am well behaved and can grow on you like a fungus, with no cure for it!!!

Hi Monique. When this first opened it reminded me of the gargoyles that adorn the top of the Chicago Library. Kinda spooky in a cool way. :)

Very interesting....and unusual. I think I'd call it "The intimidator".

This first showed up on my screen without the tip of the wing showing and my immediate reaction was "what's a gargoyle doing in the avian forum?" I would be tempted to crop to horizontal and call it a living gargoyle. Good eye here!

Monique:

It looks like a gargoyle on a building from a Batman movie set. I'd like to see it--especially the sky--darker to increase the ominous feeling.

Good work on this. I really like that second post's background. Maybe I should send you a few of my images to correct their backgrounds.
